Refund Policy for Capavida

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made on Capavida.com are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
• You are purchasing a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product that cannot be returned.
• You have reviewed the product details and understand what is included before making a purchase.
• You accept that refunds will not be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction or failure to implement the strategies inside.
2. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate charge within 24 hours of the purchase.
• Technical Issues: If you experience a major technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, you must contact support@capavida.com within 72 hours of purchase.
If a refund request is approved due to one of the exceptions above, the customer must delete all downloaded files and confirm in writing that the product will not be used or shared.
3. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Since our digital products are clearly described before purchase, initiating a chargeback or dispute is considered fraudulent and against our policies. If a chargeback is filed:
• Your access to any future Capavida products may be revoked.
• You will be prohibited from making further purchases.
• Any legal action required to recover lost revenue will be pursued.
We encourage customers to contact support@capavida.com before filing a chargeback, so we can resolve any issues directly.
